In keeping with the Coldplay theme of the day and tomorrows album release, you guys really gotta check out this you tube video! 

I saw this story on pitchfork.com, this guy is the lead singer of a band named Creaky Boards and he is claiming Coldyplay ripped him off on Viva La Vida. The songs don't even sound alike at all, the melodies only have remote similarities. 

This guy truly gets the d-bag of the day award!
